Values Assessment   

If asked, please take the assessment and share your results with Carrie at Carrie.coombs@LYMCC.org 

Especially when helping you with depression and/or anxiety, I use a set of surveys at the beginning and end of sessions. I will mail them to you each week before our sessions if we are working on those issues. 

We will do the bulk of our work on cognitive distortions. If I do my job, you will learn to identify them when you are using them
